Replaced an old gravity furnace in a basement closet with a Lennox SL280V at 80,000 BTU input. Old chimney had to be relined for the water heater since the new furnace was sidewall vented and the chimney would have been oversized. They handled the SoCalGas inspection scheduling and the LADBS permit. Final commissioning showed CO at 6 ppm in the flue and a temperature rise of 38°F, which is right in the middle of the 30-60 spec.
Drain backup at our small office building on Slauson. The first cable they ran on a RIDGID K-380 only got 35 ft before binding, so they returned the next morning with a jetter at 4,000 PSI which finally cleared the 70 ft to the city tap. Mild scheduling pain on the return trip, but they didn't double-charge the trip fee. Camera verification was clean.
